Pulling Flooring is Necessary Sometimes

This home suffered a water damage from a supply line to their washing machine stopped up and caused the machine to over flow. Water got through the home rather quickly and down into the wood laminate flooring. We had to pull the flooring in order to speed up drying, and to ensure we got all the wet materials out. Sometimes pulling the flooring out can be an overwhelming process, especially for the homeowner, because their house is being ripped a part. When we pull flooring like this, we get it "contractor ready", so that a contractor can come in immediately when we finish, so they can put new flooring down so the homeowner is not without flooring for a long time.
