A Shut Down Chevron Station Gets Some TLC

This is the story of a store owner passing away & time taking a toll on an empty store. This store in-particular use to be a fully functioning Chevron Gas Station in Cullman, Alabama. After having a lot of rain in the area the basement had been holding water and there was a mess of wet contents still in the basement. We ended up having to throw all of the contents away, since that is what the owner of the property wanted and we extracted water from the basement.

If you notice in the after picture there is still some water on the floor. This is why we stress that the cause of the issue be fixed as soon as possible. This job was a little more complicated because the issue to be fixed is within the foundation & the owner was waiting on a friend who would fix this issue for him to come out and fix it, when it rained again and the homeowner did not want us to extract again until he has the issue fixed. We always advise that you try to have the cause of the issue fixed as soon as possible!
